The Coming Decade mid-project meeting took place on 11-12 June at DWD Seewetteramt Hamburg. We started with brief presentations of the current status of the work packages. The following mini-poster session allowed many parallel discussions guided by personal interests. Breakout groups were formed for in-depth exchange on the ongoing work, kick-starting ideas for future work. Coffee breaks, lunches and social dinners provided time for further networking. The next in-person Coming Decade meeting will be the closing event in autumn 2026.
